“If logic and reason, the hard, cold products of the mind, can be relied upon to deliver justice or produce the truth, how is it that these brain-heavy judges rarely agree? Five-to-four decisions are the rule, not the exception. Nearly half of the court must be unjust and wrong nearly half of the time. Each decision, whether the majority or minority, exudes logic and reason like the obfuscating ink from a jellyfish, and in language as opaque. The minority could have as easily become the decision of the court. At once we realize that logic, no matter how pretty and neat, that reason, no matter how seemingly profound and deep, does not necessarily produce truth, much less justice. Logic and reason often become but tools used by those in power to deliver their load of injustice to the people. And ultimate truth, if, indeed, it exists, is rarely recognizable in the endless rows of long words that crowd page after page of most judicial regurgitations.”
~ Gerry Spence, How to Argue and Win Every Time: At Home, At Work, In Court, Everywhere, Every Day
Oh, the frivolous nature of the gullible masses, the uncertainty of right and wrong, the immediate acceptance by half the population at every court session, the unconditional acceptance by each side of the political spectrum after each decision in their favor; all amidst the very nefarious and completely illogical workings of an openly corrupt and politically motivated cast of bought and paid for judges. The ‘Supreme’ Court mirrors the ignorant public; how else could the hypocrisy, contradiction, evil intent, and obvious collusion of nine judges not be seen as the fraudulent political spectacle that it is?
The ‘Supreme’ Court is charged with ruling on matters based on the constitutionality concerning so-called law. This notion is fatally flawed from the onset, as the constitution of no authority, a scrap of political paper drafted and implemented by manipulative politicians for the sole purpose of attaining unlimited power, muddies greatly the water of ethics by design.
What we have here is a system where all these supposed learned men and women are charged with using the exact same set of rules to make decisions about matters of presumed importance. If that is really the case, how can nearly every decision be equally accepted or denied by these calculating judges? How can most every decision come down to a 5 to 4 vote, if the exact same rules are being respected? I can tell you, it cannot. Before any immediately yell ‘conservative’ or ‘liberal’ let me remind you that the idea of this argument is not only ridiculous if any logic is present, but shows the duplicitous nature of not only the court, but also of the people. Both are wrong.
As of late, it seems that the ‘Supreme’ Court has taken a turn for what would be considered by unthinking individuals, as a shift to the conservative side, which of course stokes hatred from the ‘liberal’ side. As I have said on so many occasions, nothing is accidental, nothing is organic, nothing is coincidence; all in politics is planned and accomplished by design. The dark comedy that is the ‘Supreme’ Court, shrouded in deception, conspiracy, politics, and agenda driven desires; is but a tool of the ruling ‘elites,’ and the political class it controls. There are always underlying reasons for these decisions, and it rarely if ever, has anything to do with protecting the individual or the best interests of society. It always has to do with fooling the people, power, control, and gaining an authoritarian position over the population in favor of the ruling class.
Given this information, why have these recent decisions seemingly, but not likely, been favorable to the claimed conservative element of society? Why the sudden interest in these particular cases, one after 50 years? Have certain court members all of a sudden, and all at the same time, gained a conscience? What an absurd observation that would be.
These recent court decisions concerning gun laws in New York, and of course the very contentious abortion ruling of the Roe vs Wade decision, among others, happened back to back. So why this; why now? Questions need to be asked, and extreme suspicion should be evident. Again, none of this was arbitrary, these were planned outcomes, as is always the case, and in truth, not much really changed, except the hate amongst the population intensified, and the internal left/right conflict was only fortified. The bottom line is, not much changed in the scheme of things, but the perception of change has now been planted in the small brains of the indoctrinated masses.
In the midst of this likely plot, ‘Supreme’ Court Justice Stephen Breyer announced he was retiring, and stepping down. This was announced on June 29th, right after these decisions, and had to be known beforehand. Think about the implications of this timing. Many think that these judges are one or the other party’s judges, but they have always worked together to keep rulings close, with one or the other side conveniently agreeing or dissenting in order to give the false impression that they are working as one, ruling fairly, and due to some sort of ‘moral’ position, when that is a fairly ludicrous conclusion to accept. It is almost as if a rotating sacrificial lamb is offered to keep up the illusion of propriety in this heinous court.
Did this turnover of concealed carry in New York alter the course of New York’s gun laws? Maybe temporarily, but ‘lawmakers’ in New York and elsewhere went into immediate action to change the scope of the decision. In the meantime, what benefit can the rulers expect due to this decision? Maybe more staged shootings, more rioting? In fact, it will of course cause more division, and allow for more state-planned chaos.
The Roe vs Wade decision is even more contentious and deceptive. Did abortion end? Of course not, but the crowing of half the population, and the lauding over the court by Republicans does tell a tale. The ‘Supreme’ Court simply, and likely temporarily, took themselves out of the argument, and shifted all to the states. Some states will ban abortion, while many others will accept abortion. In addition, many corporations close to government are already announcing that any employee can go to another state, paid for by the company, to get an abortion, all without liability. The question and decision did not eliminate anything, it just shifted the responsibility to the states. Many will applaud this as a first step, but they will be sorely disappointed in my view, as this was not meant as some sort of moral awakening, it was meant as a political ploy in my opinion.
I think a wait and see approach will shine a brighter light on the corruption and true intent concerning this issue, and it won’t be so cut and dried as is the case now in the controlled, compliant, and manipulated mainstream media.
Believe nothing, trust nothing, and question everything coming from the ruling class, the government and all its agencies, the courts, the media, and all parties attempting to gain an advantage or more control over this population. Consider the people’s division caused, and that it is intentional, not some arbitrary event due to any sort of principled awakening. Government is inherently immoral, and cannot be awakened, regardless of any change of the power structure.
Always look for the unexpected, and consider the future consequences of court actions, as little will ever be as it seems initially. Trust in any government or court, and any mainstream reporting on same, has to be stifled by each individual, as honesty in government is a myth. In order to understand and accept reality, one must step back and analyze honestly the motives of those claiming to be for right, when in fact, they are only helping to advance agendas meant to dominate the individual while demanding of the masses’ total obedience and compliance.
“Forget the politicians. The politicians are put there to give you the idea you have freedom of choice. You don’t. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important land, they own and control the corporations that’ve long since bought and paid for, the senate, the congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pocket, and they own all the big media companies so they control just about all of the news and the information you get to hear. They got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for everybody else. But I’ll tell you what they don’t want. They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well-informed, well-educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them.”
