Isn’t it convenient given all the scandals surrounding Obama that the White House is claiming that the Syrian government is using chemical weapons on its own people? That assertion is simply an excuse, a “crossing of the red line,” that will set the stage for more war.
More war will certainly take the political heat away from Obama as he prepares to slaughter more innocent people in the Middle East in the false name of protecting Syrians and Americans. In actuality, he would only be protecting himself and the entire war profiteering military industrial complex. Considering his neo-con credentials, the Republicans would be well served to appoint Obama president for life.
The CIA is claiming that the Assad government is using chemical weapons against their own people, but CIA officials just said recently that they believed the Syrian government was not using those weapons. While they have completely changed course, they have done so with no investigation and have presented no real evidence. In reality, chemical weapons could have been used against civilians in Syria as the Turks discovered, but that was done by Syrian rebels supported by the U.S. In fact, if any chemical weapons exist in Syria, they were most likely supplied to or purchased for the rebels by the U.S. government, the real terrorist in the Middle East.
With the likely entry of the U.S. into war against Syria, not that this government is not already very much involved there, many more innocent Syrians will die, and the destruction of that country will escalate. This is not a concern for the Obama administration, because more war and death only benefits those who seek power and those who profit from war. The death of Syrians as well as the death of American soldiers is irrelevant to the state, as these casualties are only used as fodder for political and monetary gain for the so-called elite class.
Obama and the executive branch of government and the neo-cons are in lock step. There is little or no difference in the Democrats or Republicans, as they work in tandem for the same ends. Most of the rest of the U.S. government, its agencies, the military and the entire military industrial complex, including the fascist corporate state, are completely evil in their unholy desires and blind lust for imperial conquest.
So depraved are the U.S. government’s war efforts, that it has joined with and supports terrorist organizations, including al Qaeda, in order to accomplish its perverted political agenda. This is not new by any measure, but it is now the common thread that binds the U.S. to terrorists around the world.
