I wrote just the other day about the very high suicide rates by Army personnel, and some of the reasons for this waste of life. July saw the highest number of suicides by Army soldiers than in any other month. The Army’s plan to solve this dire problem was explained by vice chief of the Army, General Lloyd Austin.
To combat it effectively will require more sophisticated solutions aimed at helping individuals to build resiliency and strengthen their life coping skills. As we prepare for “Suicide Prevention Month” in September, we also recognize that we must continue to address the stigma associated with behavioral health. Ultimately, we want the mind-set across our force and society at large to be that behavioral health is a routine part of what we do and who we are as we strive to maintain our own physical and mental wellness.
The “sophisticated solution” mentioned by the pathetic Austin seems to have been based upon a new study, a study paid for by taxpayers, as usual. The Army has awarded a 3 million dollar grant to an Indiana School of Medicine scientist to create an anti-suicidal nasal spray from the naturally occuring, neurochemical thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH). This spray would deliver antidepressant chemicals directly to the brain. The fact that most all those who commit mass murders are on some sort of anti-depressant, apparently will not deter the Army from going ahead with this research. Wouldn’t it be easier just to give all Army personnel Prozac right from the start of their deployment?
The reasons that most soldiers commit suicide has to do with the stress of combat, multiple deployments, the nature of their job of torturing and killing innocents, including the slaughter of women and children, the breakup of their families due to extended time away and the mental breakdowns that happen to soldiers due to all the above reasons. In other words, continuous aggressive war is the causation of these suicides.
Instead of the military treating the problem by stopping their mass murders, they plan to administer a nasal spray that will change the brain function of the distraught soldier. This is very bad for those who serve as cannon fodder in the military, but very good for those who send them to die needlessly. The real problem can be ignored, because the symptoms can be masked with drugs. If the Army can slow down the suicide rate in this manner, then it can continue its mission of murder, destruction, and world domination. The sheep will be persuaded to go along, if in fact the suicide problem can be temporarily removed from sight.
With both the upcoming “Suicide Prevention Month,” and the new anti-depressant nasal spray, all the soldiers problems should go away, right? Does anyone else see the absolute idiocy of this plan, or the agenda driven madness of the U.S. government and its evil military? The Army’s plan is to cover-up the reality of its mission of conquest by lessening suicides while most likely increasing war time casualties. Those killed in war are revered you see, while those committing suicide expose the real problems of this government’s aggression. That just can’t be allowed!
