In response to my writings over these past many years, one of the questions I get most often is: “What is the (single) solution that you propose? This is not really a question so much as it is a criticism. In fact, it is a way to purposely distract the writer from exposing any truth, for if one cannot come up with an answer that completely satisfies the interrogator, then all points made are considered invalid.
In other words, this tactic is a ploy to marginalize a valid argument by trickery, and is meant to cloud the truth in doubt. So if the writer states properly that the government in general is criminal and evil, a true statement, a question by a reader who wants to negate the accusation might be to ask: What exact steps do you propose to fix all government? The question is impossible to answer given the all-encompassing and complicated nature of what is asked. This is by design.
There is another obvious ploy at work here, because even if the writer were omniscient, and answered the question completely, the next deceit by the interrogator would be to demand that he single-handedly cure all the problems of government as proof of his assertions. There is no debate or argument, just accusation and dishonest conspiracy.
In order to remain focused and sane, one must understand the big picture. That is, there is no solution! There never has been. There is no answer as to how to fix or control the ills of mankind. If one is asked to explain how to fix a carburetor, an answer and solution might be available, but the ills of humanity are another matter.
There are 325 million people in the United States, and almost 8 billion people on earth. This alone does not allow for any solution to the problems of all mankind. One might as well demand a single solitary answer to the meaning of life. It is impossible.
“I have the same experience over and over again and always try to resist it for although it is evident to me I still do not want to believe it: in the greater number of men the intellectual conscience is lacking; indeed, it would often seem to me that when demanding such a thing, one is as solitary in the largest cities as if you were in the desert.”
~ Friedrich Nietzsche–The Gay Science: First Book, 2. The Intellectual Conscience
The human condition is at once one of wonder and of stupidity, but stupidity is the dominant trait. For any capable man to doubt this is to be either blind or without conscience or intellect. One look at the condition of humanity is enough to bring one to tears, and is enough to bring any critical thinker to understand the importance of the individual, and the insanity of the crowd.
There is no solution to the weakness of man. There is no single answer to the questions that haunt those of us who expose the reckless and evil intent of men and governments. For evil to exist, it has to be allowed, and no man has the power to change all. The best we can hope to achieve is to improve ourselves. In that, an example is set, and while some may follow, most will not. This is the realty that is life.
