I wrote this morning to Aaron Flint, the host of the “Voices of Montana” radio talk show. It is the only statewide talk show in my home state of Montana. I sent this to him after listening to one caller after another getting very angry about people losing their private medical insurance due to the mandates in Obamacare, and lamenting that Obama said he knew nothing about these lost policies. None seemed to understand that socialism requires that the state eliminate competition. Here is what I sent him, as “conservatives” rarely understand the real dynamics of politics:
Hi Aaron,
I just wanted to mention that those losing their private medical coverage due to Obamacare are losing it because it is by design. Obama knows this, but so do all the other politicians as well. Every socialized system can only be politically effective if in fact all competing systems are destroyed or combined with the state program. Obamacare is structured to be a single payer system, so logic dictates that all other systems must be eliminated over time.
The reasoning behind this is simple, in that the more dependent the people, the easier they are controlled. Because of this control, ignorance and apathy become the rule. This is the agenda sought by the state, so when politicians feign ignorance about the adverse consequences, a lie has been cast.
One has only to look at other systems where the citizenry is so dependent that any thought of change or elimination would bring complete civil unrest. Medicare and Social Security are prime examples of this socialized phenomenon. If Obamacare becomes the national system, it will never be repealed because the people will demand its existence!
