Daniel Shaprio, the U.S. ambassador to Israel, said that the United States is completely prepared for a military strike of Iran. And I thought wars were supposed to happen for self defense after an aggressive attack. Planning to attack another country that has not attacked anyone must now be the new U.S. mission, because every single war is unnecessary and unwarranted.
Supposedly, Shaprio’s comments were not to be released, but if that were the case, why did he say them to the press in the first place?
The U.S. and Israel are now planning military exercises (war games) on U.S. soil. They are also slated to do major air “defense” drills in Israel in preparation for a massive attack. In reality, the only massive attack will come from the U.S. and Israel or both, not the other way around. The Israeli exercises according to EUCOM spokesman Air Force Capt. John Ross: “It’s a classified exercise, and we can’t release even small details about it.” In other words, these military plans meant to start a major war are none of our business.
In a fit of contradiction, the U.S. will supply Israel with bunker-busting bombs and refueling planes in return for delaying an attack against Iran until the end of the year.
My bet is that if Obama’s poll numbers are low or too close for comfort, an attack on Iran will happen before the election. If he feels like he will get a solid victory, the attack would most likely come soon after the election. What kind of president, or country for that matter, would purposely plan to murder thousands or hundreds of thousands of innocent Iranians simply to attempt to secure an election? What kind of power lust could drive such evil?
Should the people in this country go along with this abomination, they will have been complicit in the slaughter of innocent human beings in Iran. But Americans would die as well, but their lives will have been sacrificed in order to strengthen and expand the power of government and the “elite” controllers of that government; nothing more.
