There has already been much written and talked about concerning Obama’s newest executive order for, “National Defense Resources Preparedness.” I will only briefly touch on this order on my blog today, because in order to do a proper job, more research is necessary. Sufficed to say, it is an horendous order, and one that gives the president virtually unlimited power over all private sector matters, including the disposition, use, and control of private property.
Those supporting Obama, including much of the mainstream media, are being deliberately dishonest about the dangers involved. Yes, Obama’s version is a partial following of previous orders, but there are differences that will need to be discussed in the coming days. This new order is more inclusive than those preceding it, and can be implemented in peactime or during so-called national emergencies. It allows for the government to nationalize all private property. That is insane! Just because much of what is included in this executive order has been included in other executive orders in the past does not render it harmless. Quite the contrary is the case. Thank God for the Internet, because now we can easily do our own research to find out the truth about what is going on within the anal cavity of this government, and immediately report on it.
Those speaking out loudly against this order, those warning of the Martial Law possibilities, and those who understand the risk to all property, have every right to expose that truth. But it is not just Obama who can affect these powers, but any who follow him. This fact does not need to be forgotten, because this is not a partisan issue, but an issue about liberty for all of us.
I hope to write a much more inclusive article about this horrible executive order in the next few days, but it is important for all to understand that this current government, especially the executive branch, already has enough “legal’ power to take full control of this country. Any legal protection that was present in the past disappeared with the 9/11 events, and all the ensuing liberty-stealing legislation that followed.
As Professor Michael Rozeff so properly pointed out, when the president claims the “legal right” to assassinate (murder) any American citizen without any due process, he can claim the “right” to do anything else he desires. The only way to stop these aggressions and assaults on the citizenry is for the people to band together and not allow it to happen!
