Michael Rozeff posted a blog today at Lew Rockwell about a U.S. government takings of private property in New York City that is valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
The U.S. stole an extremely valuable commercial piece of property in New York City at 650 fifth Avenue called the Piaget Building. This was done of course in the false name of “terrorism seizure,” because this private building was owned by Iranian interests. There was no other valid reason, nor could there be, for this is nothing more than armed thievery.
This was approved by a decision handed down by a corrupt and complicit criminal federal judge who allowed by “legal” fiat the stealing of private property worth hundreds of millions of dollars. This was based on an opinion that it was a front for the Iranian government, and was in violation due to the illegal and immoral U.S. sanctions against a country that has done absolutely nothing to harm the U.S. This is a travesty, and a pure criminal act for monetary gain by the city of New York.
Lest any out there be sympathetic to this horrendous criminal takings, what are you going to think when it happens to you here in this fascist oligarchy called the United States of America?
