Police StateTyranny

Cop Block Founder Found Guilty Of Felony Wiretapping

Cop Block founder, Adam “Ademo Freeman” Mueller, was found guilty by a New Hampshire jury, a jury that had obviously been corrupted and indoctrinated by the state. It only took these brain dead clones thirty minutes to arrive at a guilty verdict. No understanding of juror nullification was present in that courtroom.

Mr. Mueller’s so-called crime was that of taping the police and school officials about a police brutality incident that occurred in a local high school. A 17 year old student had been slammed to his desk by a school police officer over a brother/sister quarrel. Mueller taped conversations with police and school officials, and released those conversations over the internet. In actuality, he was doing a great service.

Since he was found guilty of three counts of felony “wiretapping,” he will spend three months in jail, and in addition, will be forced to undergo 5 years of probation. Probation empowers the state, and is just a way that allows these cretins to spy on him at will, and without cause or warrant.

The bottom line of this incident is a stark reminder of the power that the oligarchs hold over the serfs in this country. Mueller was taping conversations of state employees; those who are supposed to be, but are not, servants of the people. Their salaries are paid by taxpayers through the tool of extortion. Both the cops and the “public” (government) school officials are simply employees of the state, nothing more.

In my opinion, this fact should negate any restriction against taping, videoing, or collecting information on any state employee during his work hours, or in any public setting.

In this country today, the law is exactly backward. Both state and federal governments spy on innocent citizens at every turn. Warrantless wiretapping, information gathering, and spying by the state is considered “legal,” while openly recording any conversation without prior approval by a citizen of a government official is considered a felony. It’s a reminder of that timeless saying: Do as I say, not as I do.

No privacy rights should be evident concerning any person employed by the state while on the job, or when acting in any capacity that is consistent with that job. All privacy rights however, should be reserved for any citizen, and at all times, unless a valid warrant has been issued, and for proper cause.

It is important to remember that the law works in favor of the lawless state and its employees, and against the common man. It is important to remember that the state has the “legal” right to spy, to steal, to torture, and to murder, while any citizen committing these crimes will be imprisoned. This is a true class distinction, and one that should be abolished.

Mr. Mueller should be released immediately, his police record expunged, and the policeman who brutalized the student should be tried for assault! Only then would any justice be evident!
