Afghan Puppet President Karzai Thanks U.S. Taxpayers

The U.S. puppet president of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, thanked the American taxpayers for paying for the unholy war against Afghanistan for the past ten years.

“I’m bringing to you (Obama) and to the people of the United States the gratitude of the Afghan people for the support that your taxpayers’ money has provided us over the past decade.”

What he did not mention was that many of the Afghan people aren’t able to thank the U.S. taxpayers themselves because they are dead due to the bullets and bombs rained upon them and their families by the U.S. military. What he did not mention was that most of the infrastructure of Afghanistan has been destroyed due to this war of aggression. What he did not mention was how many innocent children have been slaughtered by the warmongering hoards of American soldiers. What he did not mention was that the natural resources of that country are now controlled by western interests. What he did not mention was that Afghanistan and its people have been murdered, tortured, displaced, and brutalized for ten straight years for absolutely no valid reason. No, he didn’t mention these things.

He also didn’t mention that he has become rich due to U.S. taxpayers and U.S. government corruption. He didn’t mention that the war loving corporations have also become very rich due to the U.S. taxpayer’s support for this abominable war. He didn’t mention that the U.S. military has taken over the drug trade in Afghanistan, expanding its scope worldwide, so as to support murderous covert operations.

The war on Afghanistan is a travesty based on lies and deceit. It is completely unnecessary, and it is completely aggressive. While the U.S. president, his cohorts in NATO, and the installed ruler of Afghanistan plan for a mock withdrawal, a withdrawal that will never totally come to fruition, the Afghan people will continue to suffer at the hands of its attackers. They will not be free, and they will not be safe, because the presence of the U.S. war machine will remain a force of evil in that country for years to come.

Karzai had one thing correct in that he thanked the ignorant and cowardly American taxpayers for their support of heinous murder. They have sat back and allowed any and all sorts of atrocities to be committed in their names. They have not only hidden behind the cloak of nationalism while the innocent were raped and murdered, but they have cheered the carnage. They have proudly sent their own children to die for the sake of money and power. They have done these things without remorse, and without sympathy for the innocent. They are complicit in this immoral and unholy war!
